On our Revive Day and Weekend Breaks we help you to create space in both body and mind.

The asanas (yoga poses) are sequenced in way that both challenges and relaxes the body. We include a wide variety of poses throughout our vinyasa flow and yin classes and work with you individually to ensure you feel invigorated and motivated.

Breath work (pranayama) will help flush the oxygen and blood around the body to feel energised. And by bringing the breath to the forefront of your awareness, it will help focus and clarity.

Our aim is for you to leave feeling you have taken the next step in your yoga journey – whatever that is for you. And at the end of your Revive experience, to feel just that – Revived.
